Resolved — Completion of System Storage for call recording and Voice mails has completed. Any problems trying to retrieve call recording or voice mails from web portal please open a support ticket.

Identified — Storage System is back fully operational since 2018-05-29 00:00 GMT, some accounts might still be missing historical data as they are still being restored - so older recording, voicemail etc. may not load yet - estimated time for full restore to complete 48h.

Identified — We are aware that some customers may not be seeing call recordings or voicemails via their web portal. No data loss is expected, as all recordings, voicemails are stored locally on media servers and will be flushed to global file system in next 48hrs
